We do not share personal data with any other third parties except where required by law (e.g. in response to a court order or regulatory request).

7. How Long We Keep Data

After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymised in a manner that means it can no longer be linked to an individual.

8. International Transfers

Some of our third-party processors are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred to countries that do not have an equivalent level of data protection to the UK (including the USA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

For Callers: If you received a call from a number managed by All Jobs Booked and wish to exercise your rights, please contact us with your phone number and the approximate date of the call.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
