Everything is included. - £25.00 per month - Plus £1.50 per enquiry Ada handles, billed at the end of the billing cycle - No contract and no minimum commitment - Payment by card through Stripe - A typical month of 8 enquiries totals about £37 An "enquiry" is any call where Ada takes the caller's details and notifies the tradesperson, whether it ends in a booked job or a callback request. A call that produces neither is not charged for. Where the same caller reaches Ada more than once within 30 days, only the first is charged, because a job can run for weeks and a caller ringing back about work already in hand is not a new enquiry. The cost therefore rises only when the service has produced something. ## Trades served Any trade that books jobs over the phone. There is no supported-trades list to qualify for: Ada is configured per customer around the jobs they take, the ones they turn down, their areas, their prices and their working hours, so an unusual trade is no harder to set up than a common one. Trades already in mind: plumbers, electricians, gas and boiler engineers, HVAC engineers, builders and general contractors, roofers, painters and decorators, landscapers and gardeners, cleaners, carpenters and joiners, tilers, plasterers, damp proofers, tree surgeons and handypeople. Ada goes live on their number Any of Ada's configuration can be changed later by getting in touch. The service can be paused, for a holiday for example, in which case calls go to the tradesperson's normal voicemail instead. ## Frequently asked questions **Does it sound robotic?** No. Ada uses a natural, conversational voice and gets to the point. Most callers just want to be booked in. **What if a caller does not want to deal with an AI?** Ada does not push. If someone insists on speaking to the tradesperson, she lets them know they will be in touch. Calls that do not result in a booking or a callback are not charged for. **Will I need to change my phone number?** No. You keep your existing number. You are given a separate All Jobs Booked number, and conditional forwarding sends calls there only when you do not answer. **How does it know when to pick up?** It only ever sees calls that would otherwise have gone to voicemail. If you answer, it is an ordinary call and Ada is not involved. **What does it cost?** £25 per month plus £1.50 per enquiry handled. **What if I only miss a few calls a month?** Then you pay very little.
